Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for EFT payments, this is when the funds reflect in our account). Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Major metro areas (Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban) typically receive deliveries within 2–3 business days, while remote or rural areas may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of R180 applies to all orders unless every item in your order qualifies for free shipping (indicated on the product page). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Discreet Packaging

We take your privacy seriously. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or brand name on the outside. The return address will not reference Muscle Junkies.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@musclejunkies.co.za or call 083 320 3645 and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (supplements, peptides, and SARMs), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is in compliance with health and safety regulations for consumable products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@musclejunkies.co.za with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Lost in Transit

If your order is lost during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier and, once confirmed lost, will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. For EFT payments, refunds will be paid into the bank account from which the original payment was made.

If you have a quality concern about any product you have received, please contact us. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and will address legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis.
